VoxReach is a tool for legitimate Australian businesses. The faster we pause abusers, the better the platform works for everyone else.
You will not use VoxReach for:
- Dialling numbers on the Australian Do Not Call Register outside a lawful exception. Tenants must wash their own lists against the register within 30 days of a dial and remove listed numbers before upload. See our DNCR policy.
- Debt collection against consumers without a registered collection licence.
- Any political campaign, survey, or research call without explicit prior consent from the recipient.
- Adult services, gambling without a licence, cryptocurrency schemes, or any form of financial product pitching without an AFSL.
- Impersonating a government agency, bank, telco, or any business you do not legitimately represent.
- Scraping, reselling, or re-distributing our AI output outside of legitimate tenant use.
- Dialling outside reasonable hours (9am to 8pm local time, Monday to Saturday).
- Spoofing caller ID or using numbers you do not own.
- Training third-party AI models using transcripts from our platform without explicit written permission.
Consequences
Breach of this policy results in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Confirmed breach results in termination. Fraud-related breaches may be referred to the ACMA and/or the relevant police jurisdiction.
