Do I need a business / ABN? +
AU residents need an ABN to receive payouts (it's a tax requirement). International creators are fine on a contract basis — payouts via Stripe Connect or Wise.
Is there a minimum payout? +
A$50 minimum. We hold balances under that and roll them forward to the next month.
What if my referred client cancels? +
Trail commissions stop the month they cancel. Upfront commissions stay paid (no clawbacks unless we detect fraud).
Can I refer my own business? +
Yes — but you can't pay yourself the upfront on your own first signup. Trail is fine if you're genuinely using the product.
Are commissions in AUD or USD? +
AUD. Australian platform, Australian customer revenue, Australian commissions. Currency conversion to your local currency happens at payout if needed (we cover the FX spread).
How do I track who signed up via my link? +
Your real-time dashboard shows every click + signup + setup-fee-paid event. We never share customer details — just attribution events + commission amounts.
Can I run paid ads to my affiliate link? +
Yes, but you can't bid on 'VoxReach' or any of our brand terms. That's our rule across all paid channels.
What about disclosure? +
