    You apply via the form. We review within 48h. We are selective, we want partners who already know their industry. Pay the A$10k, your partner account is provisioned, 90-minute kickoff call with our team.

    White-label setup

    We configure your subdomain, upload your logo and colours, wire up your sender domain and DMARC (we do the DNS), set your pricing tables in the partner dashboard.

    Week 2-3

    First client live

    Pick a client from your existing book (we recommend your most loyal SMB). Run them through the 20-minute onboarding, pick their template, launch. You get paid upfront for setup, they pay you monthly retainer.

    Week 3-4

    Second client, case study

    Use the first client's early results (miss rate reduction, appointments booked, savings vs human SDR) as the case study. Sell client two. Rinse, repeat.

How does the 30% revenue share actually work? +

You pay us 70% of our retail rate for every call, SMS, and number your sub-tenants use. We call that the wholesale rate. You invoice your clients at whatever price you want. Retail, 2x retail, 3x retail, tiered, bundled, subscription, usage-based. We never see your client relationship or your pricing to them.

Is the A$10k licence fee really one-off? +

Yes. One payment, you are a partner forever. The only ongoing cost is the 30% rev share on what you bill (which is covered by your client's payment). No platform fee, no per-seat fee, no renewals.

How fast can I onboard my first client? +

Day 1: licence paid, partner account provisioned. Day 2 to 3: our team onboards your people. Day 5 to 7: you launch your first sub-tenant. Most partners have 3 to 5 paying clients within 30 days.

Do I need technical people? +

No. Everything is UI-driven. Create a sub-tenant, pick a template, tune the voice, upload their leads. Click, click, click. If you can use Shopify or Mailchimp, you can run VoxReach.

What if my client burns through their credit and stops paying? +

The platform auto-pauses their calls the moment their prepaid balance hits zero. You are never out of pocket for vendor costs. You bill your client, your client pays you, you top them up, calls resume. Clean.

Can I use my own Twilio or Vapi account? +

Not on v1. We provide the shared infrastructure for cost efficiency. When you hit A$10k+/mo in billable usage, we can discuss BYO telephony to reduce your costs further (Enterprise conversation).

What is the minimum commitment? +

No minimum monthly volume. No minimum number of sub-tenants. The A$10k gets you the platform, you scale at whatever pace suits your agency.

Who owns the data? +

Your sub-tenants own their own data. You own the aggregate dashboards and reporting. We process it under the Australian Privacy Principles and host it on AU infrastructure. Full DPA provided on request.
