A few honest notes on pricing:
- Australian mobile numbers cost more than landlines because of carrier fees we pay Telstra, Optus, Vodafone. This is true across the whole industry.
- We publish our full rate card. Bland, Retell and Synthflow do not. That is not an accident.
- As our own costs come down (volume discounts from Twilio, Vapi, Anthropic as we scale) we pass the savings straight to you. No renegotiation needed.
- Minimum top-up is A$500. Credits never expire.
- If you burn through credit mid-month we pause dialling, no surprise invoices, ever.

Taxes, compliance, the fine print
- GST
- Every price on this page includes 10% Australian GST. Tax invoices issued monthly, suitable for BAS.
- Billing
- Prepaid only. Top up via Stripe (card), bank transfer, or PayID. Credits never expire.
- Cancellation
- No lock-in. Unused credits refundable within 12 months of top-up. Setup fee non-refundable after onboarding begins.
- DNCR + ACMA
- The platform enforces 9am to 8pm AU dial hours, honours in-call opt-outs, and keeps per-call audit logs. Washing your list against the Do Not Call Register sits with you under the Act, and is a warranty you give on each upload. See our DNCR policy.
- Data sovereignty
- Tenant data, transcripts, and recordings hosted on Australian infrastructure. Available on request for audits.
- Fair use
- No spam. No scams. No adult content. No robo-dialling outside 9am to 8pm local. Violations pause your account.
