VoxReach is committed to making voxreach.com.au and the tenant application usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across all public-facing surfaces.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with correct heading hierarchy.
- Text contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and interactive controls).
- All interactive elements are reachable and operable with keyboard alone.
- Meaningful alt text on content images; decorative imagery marked
aria-hidden. - Descriptive link text (no "click here").
- Form labels associated programmatically with inputs, visible error states.
- Reduced motion honoured for users with
prefers-reduced-motion. - Recorded demo videos include captions.
- Phone-based live demo (Frank) includes a text summary and transcript option on request.
Known gaps
We test against axe, Lighthouse, and manual screen-reader checks (NVDA, VoiceOver) at every release. Where we identify gaps against WCAG 2.1 AA, we fix them in priority order. Current known gaps are listed in the tenant app's accessibility settings page and are attached to each release note.
