Buying an Australian phone number
AU local, Sydney local, 1800 toll-free, mobile — pick one in the dashboard. Mobile numbers need an approved regulatory bundle (we have one).

Pick your number type
- AU local (e.g. +61 7 XXXX) — cheapest, area-specific, good for service businesses.
- Sydney local (+61 2 XXXX) — for NSW positioning.
- 1800 toll-free — caller-pays-zero, good for inbound volume.
- Mobile (+61 4 XXXX) — sounds like a real Australian mobile, best response rates.

Open Numbers → Buy
- Numbers tab → Buy. Pick country=AU, type, optional area code prefix.
- Click Search. We show available numbers from inventory.
- Click Buy on the one you want.

Mobile number — regulatory bundle
- Mobiles require ACMA-approved telco compliance. We've registered the bundle for you (Australian-owned business address, ABN).
- Mobile orders complete in 30–60 seconds.
- If something fails, we suspend the order and email you to follow up.

Costs
- Number rental is included in your campaign costs — typically A$5–10/month for local, A$15/month for mobile, A$25/month for 1800.
- First month is prorated.
