Porting your existing number

Bring your existing AU landline or mobile to VoxReach. 5–15 business days depending on carrier.

Email port@voxreach.com.au

  • Subject: 'Port request — '.
  • Include: the exact number, current carrier (Telstra/Optus/etc), account number with that carrier, account holder full name + DOB.

We initiate with Twilio's porting team

  • Within 1 business day we lodge the port. You'll receive a Letter of Authorisation (LOA) to sign.
  • Sign + return.
  • Twilio's porting team works with the losing carrier — typical timeline 5 business days for landline, 10–15 for mobile.

Cutover

  • You pick the cutover date. On that day, calls to your number land in VoxReach instead of your old phone.
  • Old line stays active until cutover so there's zero downtime.
