Receiving SMS replies

Your number is fully 2-way. Replies land in /sms, email the team, and Sienna can auto-respond.

Inbound flow

  • Lead replies to your VoxReach number → Twilio webhooks our /webhooks/twilio/sms → we save to sms_messages → email your notify_recipients → optionally auto-reply via Sienna's SMS brain.

Where to read replies

  • SMS tab — every conversation grouped by phone number, latest first.
  • Click into a thread to see the back-and-forth.
  • Reply by typing in the bottom box.

Auto-reply via Sienna (Digital One only by default)

  • Sienna's SMS brain (Claude Sonnet 4.5) reads the reply + recent thread context, drafts a polite Aussie response.
  • Honours STOP / opt-out instantly.
  • Routes hot leads to Sophie via the dedicated HOT-lead email.

Disable auto-reply

  • Settings → SMS → Auto-reply mode = Off.
