Sending SMS from your VoxReach number

Manual sends + auto-sends triggered by call outcomes.

Manual send from /sms

  • SMS tab → New conversation.
  • Pick a contact (or new number), type message, send.
  • From number = your tenant's outbound number. Cost shown before send.

Auto-sends after a call

  • When a call outcome is qualified or booked_discovery, we auto-send the lead a booking link SMS within 30 seconds of hang-up.
  • Voicemail / no-answer outcomes also auto-SMS the lead with a 'tried to reach you' message + booking link.
  • Body is configurable per tenant — see Settings → SMS Templates.
