Adding team members

Each tenant includes 5 seats by default. Owners can invite more from the Team page.

Invite a user

  • Team → Invite. Enter email + role (owner / admin / viewer).

Roles

  • owner — everything including billing + close-the-tenant.
  • admin — everything except billing + tenant deletion.
  • viewer — read-only on calls, leads, dashboards. No upload, no campaign control.

MFA enforced

  • Every invited user must set up MFA on first login. Non-negotiable.
