Branding — logo, colours, sender email

Set your business identity once; it shows on dashboards, email subject lines, SMS sender labels.

Upload logo + pick colours

  • Branding → Logo (PNG/SVG, 240px wide minimum).
  • Pick a primary colour. We adjust dashboard accents to match.

Email sender

  • Default: notifications come from VoxReach Notifications .
  • Whitelabel partners + retail tenants on the Pro tier can use their own domain — DKIM/SPF setup walks you through.

SMS sender label

  • Configure on Branding → SMS. Carriers in AU don't fully support sender ID for outbound — most replies show your number.
