Auto top-up — never run out of credit
Configure auto top-up so calls keep flowing even when balance gets low.
01
Step 1 — Open Billing
- Go to /billing → Auto top-up section.
- Tick 'Enable auto top-up'.
02
Step 2 — Set thresholds
- **Trigger threshold**: when balance drops below this, top-up fires (recommended A$50).
- **Top-up amount**: how much to add each time (recommended A$500 for SMB, A$2,000 for agencies).
03
Step 3 — Save card
- You need a saved Stripe card. If you don't have one: top-up manually once and choose 'save card'.
- Top-up uses Stripe's CIT (Customer-Initiated Transactions) flow — fully PCI compliant.
04
Step 4 — Pause threshold (failsafe)
- Below /billing → Balance controls.
- 'Auto-pause campaigns when balance drops below X' (recommended A$5).
- Acts as a safety net if auto top-up fails (e.g. card expired).
05
Step 5 — Email alerts
- Low-balance email fires when you drop below the warn threshold (default A$20).
- Failed top-up sends an immediate alert — fix the card before campaigns pause.
