How tiers work
- Tier 0: A$0 to A$999 → 0% discount.
- Tier 1: A$1,000 to A$2,499 → 5% off variable usage.
- Tier 2: A$2,500 to A$5,999 → 10% off.
- Tier 3: A$6,000+ → 15% off.

Auto-applied
- We re-evaluate your rolling 30-day variable spend each tick. Discount applies forward; we don't claw back retroactively.

Partner volume
- For agency partners: tiers count across ALL your sub-tenants combined. A 30-tenant agency hitting A$6k+ across the book gets 15% off everything.
