- Billing → Top up. Minimum A$500. Stripe processes. Funds available immediately.
- Stripe accepts AU debit/credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

How charges accrue
- Per-minute on calls. Per-message on SMS. Monthly on number rentals.
- All rates are AUD inclusive of GST. No surcharges for LLM, transcription, TTS — bundled into the per-minute rate.

Auto-pause guardrail
- When your balance drops below A$5 we auto-pause every running campaign and email you.
- Top up → campaigns auto-resume.

Refunds
- Unused credits refundable within 12 months. Setup fee refundable under the 30-day money-back guarantee if we fail to land your first booking. See /refunds.
