Building a voice agent

Pick a template
- Agents → New agent. Templates: solar installer, plumber/sparkie, real estate, legal/claims, medical/allied health, reputation/reviews, outbound sales.
- Each template includes opening, 8–12 qualifying questions, common rebuttals, close script.

Pick a voice
- AU female: Lily, Olivia. AU male: Charlie, Lachlan, Frank.
- Listen to a 30-second sample of each.
- Pick the one that matches your brand.

Customise the script
- Each section is editable. Most tenants only change: opening line, business name mentions, qualifying questions, and the closing script.
- Pronunciation of acronyms (iOS, SEO, etc.) is handled by us automatically — no need to spell them out.

Test before going live
- Click Test call. We dial your registered mobile and connect you to your agent.
- Try common scenarios. Adjust the script. Test again.
