Do Not Call Register policy
Tenant warrants the list is washed. Worker enforces dial-hour windows. Opt-outs auto-add to DNC.

What VoxReach does
- Enforces 8:30am–7pm local time of the called party, Mon–Sat (Sundays blocked).
- Honours in-call opt-outs.
- Honours SMS STOP replies.
- Maintains a tenant-level DNC list. The worker checks before every dial.
02
What you (the tenant) do
- Wash your list against the AU Do Not Call Register within 30 days of upload.
- Tick the three attestation boxes on every CSV upload.
- Document any statutory exception (existing business relationship, charitable, political, gov't, educational).
03
What happens if a complaint lands
- ACMA contacts us. We forward the call recording, transcript, attestation log, and DNC list state at the time of the call.
- If the lead was on the DNCR + you didn't have an exception documented, the platform suspends your tenant pending review. Contact legal@voxreach.com.au immediately.
