Opt-outs and the Do-Not-Contact list
Voice 'remove me', SMS 'STOP', and explicit unsubscribe — all add the lead to your tenant DNC.
01
Trigger conditions
- Voice: lead says 'remove me' / 'do not contact me' / similar. Sienna confirms, ends call, adds to DNC.
- SMS: lead replies STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE / NO. Sienna confirms with 'you won't hear from us again' and adds to DNC.
- Explicit add: Leads → click row → Add to DNC.
02
Scope
- Default: tenant-level. Other tenants on VoxReach can still call the same number (different relationship, different tenant).
- Global: super-admin only. Used for confirmed abuse cases.
03
Removing from DNC
- Owner-level access required.
- DNC tab → click the entry → Remove. Audit-logged with reason.
