Recording disclosure on outbound calls
Every VoxReach outbound opener includes a recording disclosure. Don't disable it.
01
What we say
- Every outbound opener now ends with: 'Quick heads-up, calls are recorded for quality and training.'
- Inbound calls don't need this disclosure unless you're recording (most AU states require notice when recording).
02
Why it's there
- AU Surveillance Devices laws differ by state but recording disclosure is the safest baseline.
- The disclosure protects you (the tenant) under your industry's regulator AND under privacy law.
03
Can I disable it?
- Yes, but you take legal responsibility. Settings → Agent → Disclosure off.
- We strongly recommend leaving it on.
