Starting an outbound campaign

Combine an agent, a number, and a lead list. Click Start. Worker dials within 30 seconds.

Create the campaign

  • Campaigns → New campaign.
  • Pick assistant + outbound number + (optional) lead-list filter.
  • Save as draft.

Set dial cadence

  • Default: parallel up to 5 calls at a time, 30s spacing.
  • For QA mode: 'Serial' — one call at a time, never starts the next until the previous ends. Toggle in campaign settings.

Start it

  • Campaigns → your campaign → Start.
  • Worker picks up within 30 seconds.
  • First DIAL line appears in the log.

Pause / stop

  • Pause anytime. In-flight calls finish; the next ticks won't fire.
  • Resume from where it left off — pending leads stay pending.
