Uploading leads (CSV format)

What columns we need, how DNCR attestation works, and how we de-duplicate.

Required columns

  • Phone (the only mandatory column).
  • Optional but useful: full_name, email, business_name, city.
  • Any extra columns are kept as custom_fields and shown in the lead detail page.

Phone format

  • AU formats we accept: +61 4XX XXX XXX, 04XX XXX XXX, (04) XXXX XXXX, 04XX-XXX-XXX.
  • International leads: include the +country code.
  • Numbers we can't normalise are marked status=invalid — you can review and fix.

DNCR attestation (Australia only)

  • Before any AU outbound list is accepted you tick three boxes:
  • 1. The list has been washed against the Australian DNCR within 30 days.
  • 2. You have consent or a documented exception for every number.
  • 3. You will honour every opt-out.
  • We log the attestation with your user + IP + timestamp as audit trail.

DNC cross-check

  • We auto-skip any number on the global Do-Not-Contact list, OR your tenant's DNC list (someone who said STOP previously).
  • After upload you see imported / skipped / dnc_skipped counts.
