Outcome tags explained

What each green/blue/red outcome means and what auto-actions fire on each.

Green — interested + actionable

  • qualified — confirmed budget, ready to move. Auto-SMS booking link, auto-email team with HOT alert.
  • booked_discovery — interested but undecided. Auto-SMS booking link.
  • callback — asked us to call back at a specific time.

Blue — neutral / inconclusive

  • pending — not yet dialled.
  • dialing — in flight right now.
  • voicemail — left a message. Auto-SMS the lead with the booking link.
  • no_answer — didn't pick up. Auto-SMS the lead.
  • completed / other — call ended without a clear classification.

Red — out

  • declined / not_interested — they explicitly said no.
  • do_not_contact — opted out. Auto-added to your tenant DNC, never re-dialled.
  • out_of_budget / budget_too_low — under your floor.
  • wrong_number — answered by someone else, lead phone wrong.
