Voice + personality tuning explained
What every slider on the agent voice config does + recommended values per use case.

Stability (0-1)
- **Lower = more expression and range** (recommended 0.3-0.5 for natural conversation).
- **Higher = consistent monotone** (0.7+ sounds robotic).
- Default: 0.4

Style (0-1)
- Personality intensity. **Higher = stronger character** (0.6-0.8 for branded agents).
- **Lower = neutral** (0.2 for medical/legal where neutrality matters).
- Default: 0.6

Speed (0.8-1.2)
- Speech rate. **1.0 = natural**. **0.95 = slightly slower** (better for older callers).
- **1.05 = punchier** (good for sales/qualifying).
- Default: 1.0

Similarity boost (0-1)
- How closely the voice matches its training samples.
- **0.85+ recommended** — voice stays consistent across long sentences.
- Default: 0.85

Temperature (LLM, 0-1)
- **Lower = more predictable** (0.3 for compliance-heavy industries).
- **Higher = more creative** (0.7 for sales rebuttals).
- Default: 0.5

Recommended profiles
- **Medical / legal**: stability 0.5, style 0.3, temperature 0.3 — calm, predictable.
- **Salons / hospitality**: stability 0.4, style 0.7, temperature 0.6 — warm, personable.
- **Sales / outbound**: stability 0.35, style 0.7, temperature 0.65 — energetic.
- **Tradies / receptionist**: stability 0.45, style 0.5, temperature 0.5 — professional.
