Admin: register OAuth apps for booking platforms

Walkthrough for the VoxReach admin to register OAuth applications on Square, Timely, Setmore, simPRO, ServiceM8, Clio, Jobber, LEAP, Smokeball.

Square Appointments

  • developer.squareup.com → My Applications → New Application.
  • Production environment.
  • OAuth redirect URI: https://app.voxreach.com.au/integrations/square_appointments/oauth/callback
  • Scopes: APPOINTMENTS_ALL_READ/WRITE, CUSTOMERS_READ/WRITE, EMPLOYEES_READ, MERCHANT_PROFILE_READ, ITEMS_READ.
  • Copy Application ID + Secret. Set in Admin → Secrets: SQUARE_CLIENT_ID, SQUARE_CLIENT_SECRET.

Timely

  • developer.timely.io → apply for API access.
  • Once approved: redirect URI, scopes, client_id + secret.
  • Set: TIMELY_CLIENT_ID, TIMELY_CLIENT_SECRET.

Setmore

  • developer.setmore.com → Apps.
  • Redirect URI: /integrations/setmore/oauth/callback
  • Set: SETMORE_CLIENT_ID, SETMORE_CLIENT_SECRET.

simPRO

  • developer.simprogroup.com → submit app.
  • Redirect URI as standard. Scopes: customers, jobs, employees, schedules.
  • Set: SIMPRO_CLIENT_ID, SIMPRO_CLIENT_SECRET.

ServiceM8

  • developer.servicem8.com → register marketplace add-on.
  • Set: SM8_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID, SM8_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET.

Clio

  • app.clio.com → Settings → Developer Apps.
  • Region: AU/US/EU.
  • Redirect URI: /integrations/clio/oauth/callback
  • Set: CLIO_CLIENT_ID, CLIO_CLIENT_SECRET.

Jobber

  • developer.getjobber.com → Apps → New App.
  • Scopes: read_clients write_clients read_jobs write_jobs read_requests write_requests read_users.
  • Set: JOBBER_CLIENT_ID, JOBBER_CLIENT_SECRET.

LEAP / Smokeball (partner)

  • Email partners@leap.com.au or partners@smokeball.com.au.
  • Partner agreement required. Once approved: client credentials.
  • Set: LEAP_CLIENT_ID, LEAP_CLIENT_SECRET, SMOKEBALL_CLIENT_ID, SMOKEBALL_CLIENT_SECRET.
