Step 1 — VoxReach admin: register Jobber OAuth app
- Sign in at developer.getjobber.com → Apps → New App.
- Redirect URI: https://app.voxreach.com.au/integrations/jobber/oauth/callback
- Scopes: read_clients, write_clients, read_jobs, write_jobs, read_requests, write_requests, read_users.
- Set in VoxReach Admin → Secrets: JOBBER_CLIENT_ID, JOBBER_CLIENT_SECRET.

Step 2 — Tenant: connect via OAuth
- Integrations → Jobber → Connect via OAuth.
- Authorise — token stored, refresh handled.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Set as default. Default duration: 60 min for residential service jobs.
- Confirm caller via SMS: ON. Assigned tech notification: ON.

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test client in Jobber with your mobile.
- Ring — AI creates a Request that flows into your quote → job pipeline.

Troubleshoot
- GraphQL version — we send X-JOBBER-GRAPHQL-VERSION 2024-04-22. If Jobber updates, contact us.
- Visit (booking) creation requires a Quote/Job in Jobber — Requests are the entry point.
