Step 1 — Apply for LEAP partner access
- Email partners@leap.com.au requesting API access for VoxReach AI.
- LEAP provides client_id + client_secret after partner agreement.
- Set in VoxReach Admin → Secrets: LEAP_CLIENT_ID, LEAP_CLIENT_SECRET.

Step 2 — Tenant: Connect via OAuth
- Integrations → LEAP → Connect via OAuth.
- Practice owner authorises in LEAP. Region (au/us) defaults to au.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Default duration: 30 min consults, 60 for matter discussions.
- Set as default booking provider.
- Notify staff: ON — assigned lawyer gets SMS heads-up.

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test card (LEAP's contact concept) with your mobile.
- Ring — agent matches you, books an appointment against the right lawyer.

Troubleshoot
- LEAP partner approval can take 2-4 weeks — plan ahead.
- Region mismatch — make sure auth.leap.cloud (AU/NZ) vs auth.leap.us is correct.
