Step 1 — Get Workshop Software API credentials
- Sign in to your Workshop Software account.
- Settings → Integrations → API.
- Generate a new API key. Note your shop domain (e.g. yourshop.workshopsoftware.com.au).
- Copy both.

Step 2 — Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → Workshop Software → Connect.
- Paste API key. If prompted, also paste your shop domain.
- Click Connect — we hit /api/v1/me to verify.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Set as default. Default duration: 60 min for diagnostics, 120 for full service.
- Notify staff (technician) via SMS: ON.
- Optional service-keyword mapping: 'service' → logbook service ID.

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test customer with your mobile + an example car.
- Ring your VoxReach number — agent greets you, offers booking slots.
- Booking appears in Workshop Software dispatch board.

Troubleshoot
- 401 — key revoked or wrong shop domain.
- No services showing — Workshop Software job-types vary by shop. AI falls back to 4 generic categories.
