Connect Acuity Scheduling

Step 1 — Get Acuity API credentials
- Sign in to your Acuity account.
- Top-right gear icon → Integrations.
- Scroll to API and click 'View credentials'.
- Copy your User ID (numeric) AND your API Key (long string).
- Note: API access is included on the Powerhouse plan ($80+/mo) — lower tiers don't include it.

Step 2 — Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → Acuity Scheduling → Connect.
- Paste BOTH the User ID and the API Key into the two fields.
- Click Connect — we test by hitting /api/v1/me.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Set as default booking provider.
- Default appointment duration: match what most of your Appointment Types are.
- If you have multiple Calendars (e.g. you and an associate), the AI auto-detects them. To pin to one, edit the agent's system prompt to mention the calendar name.

Step 4 — Test
- Ensure at least one Appointment Type and one Calendar exists.
- Ring your VoxReach number — book the appointment.
- Should appear in your Acuity calendar instantly.

Troubleshoot
- 401 — wrong User ID or API key. Both are required.
- Plan limitation — verify you're on Powerhouse or higher.
- AI books to wrong calendar — set a 'staffUuid' in the workflow service mapping, mapping keyword → specific calendar ID.
