Step 1 — Get AgentBox API credentials
- Sign in to AgentBox as agency admin.
- Settings → API → Create new API key.
- Copy your Client ID AND your API key.

Step 2 — Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → AgentBox → Connect.
- Paste both Client ID and API key.
- Click Connect — we test against /contacts.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Set as default booking provider.
- Default duration: 30 min for inspections, 60 for appraisals/listing meetings.
- Service-keyword mapping useful: 'inspection' → private-inspection ID.

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test contact with your mobile.
- Ring — agent should ask if you want a private inspection or appraisal, and book against the right agent.

Troubleshoot
- Multi-office franchises — make sure each office has its own VoxReach tenant + AgentBox connection.
- Listing-specific bookings — AI captures the property address; agent gets it in the SMS notification.
