Generate a Personal Access Token
- airtable.com/create/tokens → Create new token.
- Scopes: data.records:read + data.records:write + schema.bases:read.
- Access: pick the specific base(s).
- Copy token — only shown once.

Find Base ID
- URL: airtable.com/
/... - Base IDs start with 'app'.

Add a 'VoxReach Notes' field
- On your contacts table, add a Long Text field exactly named 'VoxReach Notes'.
- We append transcript + outcome here after every call.

Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → Airtable → Connect. Token + Base ID + Table name. Test.
