Step 1 — Get your Cal.com API key
- Sign in to cal.com.
- Settings → Developer → API keys → Create new key.
- Copy the key (starts with cal_live_ for production).

Step 2 — Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → Cal.com → Connect.
- Paste the API key. Connect.
- We send the cal-api-version: 2026-02-25 header automatically on every request — required by Cal.com v2.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Set as default booking provider.
- Cal.com event types map to our 'services' — make sure each event type you want bookable is published.

Step 4 — Test
- Create at least one Event Type in Cal.com.
- Ring your VoxReach number, book.
- Booking shows in Cal.com dashboard immediately.

Troubleshoot
- Old API errors — make sure your key is fresh; v1 endpoints are deprecated.
- Free-tier limits — Cal.com cloud free has rate limits on the API. Self-host for unlimited.
