Step 1 — Apply for ezyVet partner access
- Email integrations@ezyvet.com requesting API partner access.
- ezyVet will provision OAuth client_id + client_secret.
- Set in VoxReach Admin → Secrets: EZYVET_PARTNER_ID, EZYVET_PARTNER_SECRET.

Step 2 — Tenant: connect via OAuth
- Integrations → ezyVet → Connect via OAuth.
- Practice owner authorises in ezyVet.
- Token + refresh stored encrypted.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Default duration: 15 min for routine, 30 for surgery prep, 60+ for complex.
- Notify staff: ON — assigned vet gets SMS heads-up.

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test contact + their pet in ezyVet with your mobile.
- Ring your VoxReach number — agent greets you, references the pet, books a routine consult.

Troubleshoot
- 404 on appointment endpoint — ezyVet uses your practice's clinic_id; ensure it's on the OAuth scope.
- Cancellation status — site-specific status IDs. May need mapping in workflow config.
