Create a Private App in HubSpot
- Sign in as admin → gear icon → Settings.
- Integrations → Private Apps → Create a private app.
- Name it 'VoxReach'.

Pick scopes (read + write)
- crm.objects.contacts.read
- crm.objects.contacts.write
- crm.lists.read
- crm.objects.notes.write
- crm.schemas.contacts.read

Generate access token
- Click Create app. HubSpot shows the access token. Copy now — only shown once.

Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → HubSpot → Connect. Paste token. Test. Save.

Import contacts
- HubSpot integration page → Import contacts. Pick a list (or All contacts) + VoxReach campaign.
