Step 1 — Apply for Mindbody Public API access
- Apply at developers.mindbodyonline.com → Get Started.
- Approval typically 1-2 weeks. Activation fee may apply.
- Once approved, get your API Key + Site ID.

Step 2 — Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → Mindbody → Connect.
- Paste API Key and Site ID. Optional staff token for per-staff actions.
- Click Connect.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Set as default. Mindbody bookings can be classes OR appointments — the AI handles both.
- For class bookings, the AI checks the client's pack/package and prompts to purchase if needed.

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test client in Mindbody with your mobile.
- Ring — agent greets, books a class or appointment.

Troubleshoot
- Activation fee — Mindbody charges API consumers. Confirm with their team before going live.
- Per-call costs — Mindbody bills per API call on some plans. Monitor your VoxReach Analytics.
