What about the Do Not Call Register? +

DNCR washing is the tenant's responsibility under the Do Not Call Register Act 2006. You wash your list against the ACMA register (directly, or through a third-party washer) before uploading it to VoxReach, and you warrant the list is clean when you start a campaign. Will it miss transfers or hangups? +

Agents are trained to warm-transfer on close signals and to politely end calls when the person asks to be removed. Every call is transcribed, scored, and outcome-tagged. You review transcripts in the dashboard.

Do I need a new phone number? +

We can port your existing AU number, or provision a new Queensland local, Sydney local, or 1800 toll-free. Mobile numbers are available once your regulatory bundle is approved, roughly five business days. All numbers are owned by your tenant, not ours.

What is the billing model? +

Prepaid credits in AUD. You top up (minimum A$500). We deduct calls, SMS, and number rental from your balance as you use them. When the balance runs low we warn you; when it hits zero we pause dialling so you never get surprise bills. All rates include GST.

How quickly can I be live? +
