Choose OAuth (production) or Session ID (testing only)

  • OAuth — durable, recommended. Session IDs expire on logout.

OAuth: create a Connected App

  • Setup → App Manager → New Connected App.
  • Tick Enable OAuth Settings.
  • Callback URL: https://app.voxreach.com.au/integrations/salesforce/callback
  • Scopes: api + refresh_token + offline_access
  • Save. Wait 2–10 min.
  • App Manager → your app → Manage Consumer Details. Copy Consumer Key + Secret.

Connect in VoxReach

  • Integrations → Salesforce → Connect. Paste instance URL + click Authorise via OAuth. Test.
