Step 1 — Get Salestrekker API token
- Sign in to Salestrekker.
- Settings → Integrations → API → Generate token.
- Copy the token.

Step 2 — Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → Salestrekker → Connect.
- Paste API token. We test via /v1/me.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Set as default. Default duration: 30 min for discovery, 60 for fact-finds.
- Notify staff (broker) via SMS — ON.

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test contact in Salestrekker with your mobile.
- Ring — agent qualifies (first home / refinance / investment), books a discovery call against the right broker.

Troubleshoot
- Multi-broker firms — AI uses round-robin if no broker explicitly named.
- Pre-call notes — AI summary auto-saved on the contact's Salestrekker activity feed.
