Get your API credentials

  • In ServiceM8 dashboard: Settings → Preferences → API.
  • Copy your staff email and your API key.

Connect in VoxReach

  • Integrations → ServiceM8 → Connect.
  • Paste email + API key. Click Connect.
  • We test by listing your staff. Should take 2 seconds.

Booking tools auto-attach

  • The moment you connect, eight booking tools attach to every VoxReach AI agent you own: lookup customer, list recent jobs, list services, check availability, create customer, book service, reschedule, cancel, log note.
  • Your agents now answer the call, look up the caller, check the dispatch board, and book — all in one conversation.

Test it live

  • Ring your VoxReach number. Pretend to be a returning customer. The agent should greet you by name and offer available slots from your real schedule.

Optional: OAuth marketplace install

  • If you set SM8_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID + SM8_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET, tenants get a one-click OAuth install instead of pasting an API key.
