Connect simPRO (commercial trades)

OAuth flow with per-tenant build URL. Once VoxReach admin sets simPRO client credentials, tenants connect with their own build domain + log in.

Step 1 — VoxReach admin: register simPRO OAuth app

  • simPRO requires submitting an app at developer.simprogroup.com.
  • Redirect URI: https://app.voxreach.com.au/integrations/simpro/oauth/callback
  • Required scopes: customers, jobs, employees, schedules.
  • Set SIMPRO_CLIENT_ID + SIMPRO_CLIENT_SECRET in VoxReach Admin → Secrets.

Step 2 — Tenant: provide their simPRO build URL

  • Each simPRO customer has their own build (e.g. yourco.simprosuite.com).
  • Find it: log into simPRO via web, copy the URL hostname.
  • Paste it on /integrations/simpro before clicking 'Connect via OAuth'.
  • Also paste your simPRO Company ID (Settings → Company info).

Step 3 — Connect via OAuth

  • Click Connect via OAuth — redirected to your simPRO login → authorise.
  • Returns to VoxReach with token + refresh.

Step 4 — Configure workflow

  • Set as default booking provider.
  • Default duration: 60 min works for most service jobs.
  • Notify staff by SMS — ON. simPRO returns assigned employee mobile via /employees/.

Step 5 — Test

  • Add a test customer in simPRO with your mobile.
  • Ring — agent should match you, qualify the job, schedule against an active staff member.

Troubleshoot

  • API access included on all simPRO paid plans.
  • Availability shows empty — make sure staff have working hours configured in simPRO. AI computes gaps in their existing schedule.
