Step 1 — Apply for Smokeball partner API
- Email partners@smokeball.com.au.
- Get client_id + client_secret after partner agreement.
- Set in VoxReach Admin → Secrets: SMOKEBALL_CLIENT_ID, SMOKEBALL_CLIENT_SECRET.

Step 2 — Tenant: Connect via OAuth
- Integrations → Smokeball → Connect via OAuth.
- Practice principal authorises.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Set as default. Default duration: 30 min consults, 60 matter reviews.
- Service mapping by practice area (family / commercial / property / criminal).

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test contact with your mobile.
- Ring — agent matches, qualifies practice area, books against the right partner.
