Timely OAuth — once admin registers the OAuth app, tenants click connect and authorise.

Step 1 — VoxReach admin: register Timely OAuth app

  • Apply for API access at developer.timely.io.
  • Once approved, get a client_id + client_secret.
  • Set redirect URI: https://app.voxreach.com.au/integrations/timely/oauth/callback
  • In VoxReach Admin → Secrets: TIMELY_CLIENT_ID, TIMELY_CLIENT_SECRET.

Step 2 — Tenant connects via OAuth

  • Integrations → Timely → Connect via OAuth.
  • Authorise with their Timely login.
  • Tools attach automatically.

Step 3 — Configure workflow

  • Default duration: match your most common service (haircut = 45m, colour = 90m, etc).
  • Service mapping is useful here: 'cut=service-id-123' lets the agent default to a cut without the caller having to specify.

Step 4 — Test

  • Add a regular client in Timely with your mobile.
  • Ring — agent greets you by name and offers to book your usual.

Troubleshoot

  • Expired token — VoxReach refreshes automatically every 30 min. Check admin → audit log if connections drop.
  • Service not in list — make sure it's set to bookable=true in Timely settings.
