Step 1 — Get VaultRE API key
- Sign in to VaultRE as agency admin.
- Settings → Developer / API → Generate key.
- Copy the bearer token.

Step 2 — Connect in VoxReach
- Integrations → VaultRE → Connect.
- Paste API key. We test against /api/v1.3/contacts.

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Default duration: 30 min inspections, 60 for vendor meetings.
- Set as default booking provider.
- Address pre-capture: AI asks 'which property?' early in the call.

Step 4 — Test
- Add a test contact with your mobile.
- Ring — agent qualifies inspection / appraisal / vendor meeting, books against the listing agent.

Troubleshoot
- Auction-day overload — set max-bookings-per-agent in workflow if available, or extend default duration to reduce double-bookings.
- If both AgentBox and VaultRE connected, mark only one as default booking provider.
