Identify your Zoho data centre

  • zoho.com → US (com).
  • zoho.com.au → AU.
  • zoho.eu → EU. Etc.

Create a Self-Client app

  • Go to api-console.zoho.com (or your DC).
  • Add Client → Self Client.
  • Description: 'VoxReach AI voice agent'.

Generate refresh token

  • Generate Code tab → scopes: ZohoCRM.modules.ALL + ZohoCRM.notifications.ALL + ZohoCRM.users.READ.
  • Duration: 10 min.
  • Exchange code for refresh token on the same page.

Connect in VoxReach

  • Integrations → Zoho CRM → Connect. Paste refresh token + pick data centre. Test.
