Pay the setup fee
- After signup we ask for the A$5,500 one-off setup fee via Stripe.
- Once paid, your tenant unlocks. Credits are separate — top up as you go.

Run the onboarding wizard
- The wizard walks you through 5 quick steps: pick an industry template, pick a voice, name your agent, port or buy a number, set your dial hours.
- Skip any step you don't need — you can come back and edit later.

Build your first agent
- Click Build a voice agent. Pick a template (solar, plumbing, legal, medical, real estate, reputation, outbound sales) — all are tuned by us from real AU transcripts.
- Pick male or female AU voice. Tune warmth/pace/assertiveness if you want.
- Add your business facts: pricing, service area, common objections.
- Test in the browser before going live.

Upload leads or forward your inbound
- For outbound: Leads → Upload CSV (phone column required). Tick the DNCR attestation. Hit upload.
- For inbound: forward your business landline (or buy a new number) to point at your VoxReach assistant.

Start a campaign + monitor
- Campaigns → New campaign → pick agent + number + lead list → Start.
- Watch /calls for transcripts and outcomes as they land. Listen to recordings to QA.
