- Sign in to Cliniko as practice owner.
- My info → Manage API keys → Generate. Key ends in -au1 (or shard).
- VoxReach Integrations → Cliniko → paste key → Connect.

- Won't give clinical advice, won't quote prices, just books.
- If you also want it answering FAQs (clinic hours, address, what to bring): pick 'Inbound receptionist (full)'.

- Add a test patient in Cliniko with your mobile.
- Ring — AI should greet you by name, offer practitioner availability, book live.
- Booking appears in Cliniko diary within seconds.

- Recording disclosure plays automatically on every call (Privacy Act compliant).
- No medical advice — system prompt explicitly disables it.
- Patient consent for SMS reminders is captured during booking.
