What every number, card and pill on the dashboard means.

The 6 KPIs at the top

  • Credit balance — your prepaid balance in AUD.
  • Voice agents — how many AI agents you've configured.
  • Phone numbers — how many active.
  • Active campaigns — campaigns currently dialing or accepting inbound.
  • Calls (24h) — total inbound + outbound in the last 24 hours.
  • Billed (24h) — what we've charged you for the last 24 hours of usage.

This week

  • Calls — total this week.
  • Qualified — leads tagged Interested with budget OK.
  • SMS — messages sent + received.
  • Spent — total billed this rolling 7 days.

Recent calls

  • The last 6 calls. Click through any of them to see the transcript and recording.

Outcome pills (green / blue / red)

  • Green = interested / qualified / wants discovery / callback.
  • Blue = pending / dialing / voicemail / no-answer / completed.
  • Red = declined / DNC / under budget / wrong number.
