ResDiary + VoxReach. AI takes reservations, captures party size, sends SMS confirmation.

Step 1 — ResDiary partner agreement
- Contact integrations@resdiary.com — partner contract required.
- Once approved, get API key + restaurant ID.
- Connect in VoxReach Integrations → ResDiary.

Step 2 — Use case: inbound appointment setter
- Restaurants don't need FAQ — just bookings.
- Opening: 'You've reached
. Booking for tonight or another day?'

Step 3 — Configure workflow
- Default duration: 90 min lunch, 120 min dinner.
- System prompt: 'Always ask party size — feed into PartySize on the booking.'
- Service catalogue: lunch / dinner / breakfast (day-parts).

Step 4 — Returning diners
- AI matches caller phone → ResDiary customer record → references previous bookings.
- 'Hi, would you like the same Friday 7pm time you usually book?'

Step 5 — Confirmation SMS
- Diner gets instant SMS: 'Confirmed:
Friday 7pm for 4 people. See you then.' - Restaurant gets a heads-up if it's a special occasion (AI captures 'birthday', 'anniversary').

Walk-in / waitlist
- AI doesn't manage walk-ins — front-of-house still does.
- After cutoff (e.g. 6pm same-day), AI offers earliest next-day slot.
