Step 1 — ezyVet partner OAuth

  • Email integrations@ezyvet.com requesting partner API.
  • Once approved, add credentials in VoxReach Admin → Secrets.
  • Tenant clicks Connect via OAuth.

Step 2 — Use case + triage

  • 'Inbound receptionist (full)' is best — vets need triage logic, not just booking.
  • System prompt customised: routine appointment vs urgent? Captures pet name, breed, age, presenting issue.

Step 3 — Owner-pet match

  • AI matches caller phone → ezyVet contact → references their pet (name, breed, last visit).
  • Builds instant trust — 'Hi, is Rex still on the metacam?'

Step 4 — Service catalogue

  • ezyVet appointment types pulled live: consult / vaccination / dental / surgery prep.
  • Service-keyword mapping: 'limping=consult, vacc=vaccination, surgery prep=surgery'.

Step 5 — Emergency escalation

  • Configure system prompt: 'If owner reports immediate emergency (collapse, breathing difficulty, hit by car), capture details and transfer to on-call vet line.'
  • After-hours overflow agent: only fires when reception closed; books for next business day or escalates.

Owner SMS confirmation

  • Auto-SMS includes pet name + appointment time + clinic address: 'Confirmed: Rex's check-up is Tue 28 Apr 2pm with Dr Chen at .'
