Step 1 — ezyVet partner OAuth
- Email integrations@ezyvet.com requesting partner API.
- Once approved, add credentials in VoxReach Admin → Secrets.
- Tenant clicks Connect via OAuth.

Step 2 — Use case + triage
- 'Inbound receptionist (full)' is best — vets need triage logic, not just booking.
- System prompt customised: routine appointment vs urgent? Captures pet name, breed, age, presenting issue.

Step 3 — Owner-pet match
- AI matches caller phone → ezyVet contact → references their pet (name, breed, last visit).
- Builds instant trust — 'Hi, is Rex still on the metacam?'

Step 4 — Service catalogue
- ezyVet appointment types pulled live: consult / vaccination / dental / surgery prep.
- Service-keyword mapping: 'limping=consult, vacc=vaccination, surgery prep=surgery'.

Step 5 — Emergency escalation
- Configure system prompt: 'If owner reports immediate emergency (collapse, breathing difficulty, hit by car), capture details and transfer to on-call vet line.'
- After-hours overflow agent: only fires when reception closed; books for next business day or escalates.
