Set business hours per day + state timezone
Configure your tenant business hours so the AI never books outside them. Per-day hours + AU state timezone awareness.

Step 1 — Open Branding → Business hours
- Each row is a day Mon-Sun.
- Set open + close times. Leave blank for closed days.

Step 2 — Set timezone
- Pick your IANA timezone (Australia/Brisbane, Australia/Sydney, Australia/Perth, etc).
- Daylight saving handled automatically.

Step 3 — Apply to bookings
- On every booking integration's workflow page, tick 'Respect tenant business hours'.
- AI will refuse to book outside these hours and offer the next available slot.

Step 4 — ACMA dial-hour compliance (outbound only)
- For outbound campaigns: ACMA Telemarketing Standard 2017 specifies allowed dial windows per state.
- VoxReach respects these per-lead based on the lead's phone area code (NSW/VIC/QLD/SA/WA/TAS/NT/ACT).
- No config needed — it's automatic.

Step 5 — Holidays
- Add custom holidays via /branding → Holidays.
- AI treats them as closed days for both inbound booking and outbound dialing.
